What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is the use of whole, nutritious foods, supplements, exercises/wellness activities, and dietary counseling to achieve optimal health. At WFR, we use a holistic and individualized approach with thorough health assessments, hands-on support, encouragement and counseling to help you reach and sustain your health goals.  We believe there is a significant influence of nutrition on the body. Our desire is for individuals to use the power of nutrition to invest in their life-long health.

Hi!  I’m Tammy Frankenberger.  I’m the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner at WFR and I am excited to help people who may be struggling to meet their health goals.  I take an individualized approach to help you discover and implement simple steps to improve your overall health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.  Together, we will develop a sustainable and realistic ACTION PLAN focused on helping you confidently implement daily strategies towards your goals.
