WFR Pelvic Health & Wellness Specialists is an elite healthcare practice devoted exclusively to treating individuals (men and women) with pelvic pain, urogenital disorders, fertility challenges, prenatal preparation, post-partum musculoskeletal impairments and pelvic floor dysfunctions. All of our practitioners are licensed women’s health physical therapists, 20+ years experience each, and with advanced knowledge and training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic pain, sexual health, functional medicine, pregnancy/postpartum and nutrition. With this kind of expertise, our practitioners have the unique benefit of combing their knowledge of the musculoskeletal, neurological and visceral systems WITH functional medicine to help impact the entire body for long-lasting results. We offer a holistic approach to healing by providing all-natural pelvic pain-relief, bowel and bladder treatments that work, nutritional counseling, whole-body strengthening, pregnancy preparation, postpartum care, hormonal balance, weight-loss and wellness programs.

Our Team
Sara Bolden, DPT, WCS, CFMP - Pelvic Specialist
Dr. Sara Bolden is a licensed physical therapist, board certified women's health clinical specialist and certified functional medicine provider. For over 18 years, her focus has been exclusively in helping and healing individuals with pelvic pain, urogynecologic disorders and pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is the first board-certified women's health clinical specialist in Atlanta and metro-Atlanta region and started one of Atlanta's first pelvic floor rehabilitation practices devoted entirely to helping individuals with pelvic pain and pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Bolden is the author of What a Girl Wants: The Good Girls' Guide to Great Sex, a published book educating women about their bodies and helping them have healthy, enjoyable sex lives. Dr. Bolden is an alumnus of LSU receiving a BS in Biochemistry as well as Shenandoah University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2004. Her passion to elevate the quality of healthcare fueled her desire to successfully complete a Certificate in Functional Medicine from FMU in 2017. Dr. Bolden believes that treating individuals holistically is the key to lasting results and incorporates functional medicine and/or wellness protocols with every patient. Dr. Bolden has a passion for women's health and maintains an evidence-based practice in which she continually reviews research for the latest, most effective treatments available for patients. Dr. Bolden is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Section on Women's Health, Georgia State chapter of APTA, Interstitial Cystitis Network and International Society of the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She lives in the metro-Atlanta area with her husband and two boys and is an active volunteer in the school system, community and her local church.
Candice Goch, MSPT, C-IAYT, E-RYT (500), RPT - Pelvic Specialist
Candice Goch, a licensed physical therapist for 21 years, has spent the last 17 years passionately focused on helping women, men and children suffering with pelvic floor dysfunctions. Combining her knowledge of the body as a physical therapist with her mindfulness as a yoga instructor and skill as a certified aromatherapist, Candice brings a unique, holistic approach to healing the body from injury, surgery and various musculoskeletal trauma. Candice is currently instructing in the first and only registered Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga Teacher Training School in Georgia, which she helped to develop. Her goal, through experiential workshops and trainings, is to empower hundreds of instructors with the most up to date information and knowledge specific to the pelvic floor so they can immediately implement exercises that are therapeutic, safe, and instrumental in developing healthy pelvic floors in men, women and children.
Mary Graziano - Administrator/ Accounts Receivable
Every patient account is carefully managed by Mary, our Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist. Mary is an expert with details and truly advocates for patients to ensure they are paired with the best financial solution. Mary maintains high ethical standards and is dedicated to assisting each patient with their account needs.
Tammy Frankenberger - Administrator/Nutritionist
Tammy is the patient coordinator and nutrition counselor at Women First Rehabilitation. As part of our support staff, she enjoys interacting with patients and helping them reach their nutritional goals. She also assists patients with our check-in/check-out process and helps them with all scheduling needs. She has a passion for healthy cooking and helping people feel their best by providing nutrition education and creating individualized nutrition plans.

Our front office administrator at WFR supports patients with scheduling needs, assists with check-in/out process, helps with room turn-overs and manages inventory needs. She ensures that our office is operating smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and organization allows our patients to have a positive experience during every appointment, start to finish.
